Terms & Conditions

We – Kevin O’Neill is the sole owner of FORMBY EXECUTIVE CHAUFFEURS, who is licenced by Sefton MBC.

We are, to supply a vehicle which is licenced, insured and fit for purpose.

We supply Chauffeur for said vehicle who is also licenced and insured.

YOU – The Customer/ Client or passenger. You are responsible for organizing the hire and payment of vehicle.

PAYMENTS

All payments must be paid in full 7 days prior to travel, either by cash, bank transfer or debt/ credit card.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to departure  50% of cost will be charge.

For cancellations made 12 hours prior to departure or less will be redeemed in full cost of hire.

If passengers don’t appear at departure time full cost of hire will be charged.

DEPOSITS

All deposits are non – refundable.

VEHICLES

All vehicles hired to the clients are maintained to the highest standard and every effort is made to supply the vehicle requested from when the booking was made. In the event of this a vehicle and Chauffeur known as the sub contractor will be used.

All vehicles operate a strictly no smoking or eating of food policy at anytime.

LUGGAGE

We undertake client’s luggage within the capacity of the vehicle known as the Gross Vehicle Weight.

Excessive luggage or very large items which cannot be stored safely will be removed by us.

Formby Executive Chauffeurs if it is in the safety of passengers and vehicle.

GUARANTEE TO YOU

We FORMBY EXECUTIVE CHAUFFEURS guarantee the cost of the vehicle hire and all services provided to you, providing no alternations to the confirmed booking have been made.

We reserve the right to change or alter Terms and Conditions at any time.
