Formby Executive Chauffeurs are proud to be able to offer an extensive list of services to our clients. Some of these include;

It is our goal to always provide a 1st class services to all of our corporate or private clientel. Our Chauffeurs have a wealth of driving experience to deliver a top-class services, within a range of exclusive vehivles for your added comfort and enjoyment.

DEPOSITS
Please note that all Deposits paid are non-refundable as per our Terms & Conditions of Travel.
PAYMENTS
All payments must be paid in full 7 days prior to travel, either by cash, bank transfer or debit / credit card. Please find our bank transfer details below:

GUARANTEE TO YOU
Formby Execuitive Chauffeurs guarantee the cost of the vehicle hire and all services provided to you. This is providing no alternations have been made since the confirmed booking has been made.
However, please note we reserve the right to change or alter Terms and Conditions of travel at any time.
LUGGAGE
We undertake client’s luggage within the capacity of the vehicle known as the Gross Vehicle Weight. Excessive luggage or very large items which cannot be stored safely will be removed as they are not permitted to travel.
Formby Executive Chauffeurs has a responsibility to ensure the safety of our Drivers, Passengers and Vehicle.
VEHICLES
All vehicles hired to the clients are maintained to the highest standard and every effort is made to supply the vehicle as requested from when the booking was made. In the event of this a vehicle and Chauffeur known as the sub contractor will be used.
All vehicles operate a strictly no smoking or eating of food policy at anytime. All of our vehicles are COVID-19 compliant for your safety and comfort while in transit.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations that are made up to 24 hours prior to departure will be charged at 50% of cost. If cancellations are made from 12 hours or less prior to the departured then the client will be liable to pay for the full service charge. If passengers fail to arrive at departure time, the full cost of hire will be charged.
